ARENAL VOLCANO AND RAIN FOREST

Enjoy a guided drive through an extraordinary pastoral landscape over the Tilaran Mountain Range and quaint villages. Our first stop will be at Las Pumas Rescue Shelter, here you would have the opportunity to see 6 species of felines that live in Costa Rica all endangered, besides other species of mammals and birds. The tour will continue towards the Arenal's Lake where would have time for a delicious typical lunch. Right after lunch we would drive for about 40 minutes and arrive at the base of the volcano to start with the activity you have selected .Once the activity is finished we would take you to the hot springs on a perfect time to enjoy its curative and relaxing pools at the bottom of the impressive volcano. We will stay at the volcano area until dark hoping to see its lava coming down. Arenal Volcano has remained active since 1968, producing steam columns, rumbling explosions and a constant shower of red lava .

 Arenal Natural Hot Springs.
We are one of the few operators allowed using the exquisite facilities of an Exclusive Five Star Resort where you can absorb the breath taking views over the Rain Forest and Arenal Volcano after a full day of activities! Eighteen freeform landscaped pools are at your service providing temperatures ranging from 76˚F to 103˚F in an environment that vary from raging waterfalls to tranquil forest experiences. You can select the perfect pool to your mood.
Tests of the hot mineral springs reveal an ideal natural combination of high bicarbonates and high chlorides with relatively low sulfur content to provide a safe and clean soaking experience.
